Terms & Conditions

  1. The delivery shall apply to one (1) location per invoice basis.

  2. Order cut off time is 1pm from Mondays to Fridays. Order placed after 1pm, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays shall be considered next working day order.

  3. No delivery arrangement on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays (Malaysia Holiday).

  4. Shipping or Delivery time are all depended on local shipping company(s).

  5. Incomplete delivery address and invalid contact number will not be accepted.

  6. Undelivered parcel will be returned to the shipper. Redelivery subject to full charges and receiver/consignee shall bear the redelivery charges.

  7. Cancellation, Exchange of items, and Change of Delivery Address are NOT allowed upon confirmation of order. Change of Delivery Address shall be considered as Redelivery.

  8. The delivery charges will differ according to total item weight and delivery area.
